At iad, you are independent but not alone! you get a full support team with your mentor, your administrative manager and the head office team.

Your mentor

At iad, every agent* who joins the network is assigned a mentor. This person can be chosen or assigned to you (if you don’t know an active consultant*).

They will be your point of contact throughout your adventure. Their role is to develop your property and management skills, and to answer any questions you may have about the organisation, processes and iad tools, so that you become an independent agent.

From day one, your mentor will suggest that you follow the Initial Support Programme (ISP), to help you acquire the basics of estate agency and develop the right skills. As part of your training, your mentor will be able to accompany you to client meetings during your first few months.

Your administrative manager

Each iad agent* is supported on a daily basis by a dedicated administrative manager. These managers are employed by our head office and are available Monday to Friday from 9am to 6pm.

They are responsible for the administrative tasks associated with your activity as a agent*, such as validating instrucctions and transactions, paying your commissions, invoicing, etc.

Head office support teams

The various support teams at iad‘s head office are there to make your day-to-day life easier:

The communications department provides you with media to develop your presence in the field and on social networks: flyers, posters, posts for your social networks, etc.

The training department guarantees the quality and roll-out of business and management training courses and advanced workshops through in-person training and the online University. It is supported training instructors and accredited trainers, who provide training around the UK.

The Legal Department provides you with practical, operational information to answer any questions you may have, helps you resolve any difficulties you may encounter in the course of your business (in connection with your Legal Protection and Personal Liability insurance) and anticipates legal and regulatory developments relating to your status as a commercial agent and the property transaction sector.
