The objective of this programme is to enable you to acquire the basics of the independent property consultant profession, the right reflexes in the field and to be accompanied at each step of your entrepreneurial adventure.

iad offers training to become an independent property consultant*. No prerequisites are required. The training lasts 6 – 9 months and allows you to work as a property consultant* by joining the iad network.
You do not have to join a property network. To set up your own business, you simply need to have the compulsory insurances
