In addition, we have a fully functioning team we acquired in the M&A to manage properties and we can do everything from “let only” (just finding a tenant) to “fully managed” (collecting monthly rents, overseeing and organising maintenance).

For those joining iad during the launch period (12 mths) you are immediately classed as a Bronze manager allowing you to mentor from day one.
