Joining iad

Yes it’s £149.

The starter kit consists of: Business cards, leaflets, and sales brochures to get you started.

When you have been sponsored to join iad you will be given a detailed onboarding checklist of what’s required.

You should speak directly with your mentor who has sponsored you to join iad UK.

Finance

Upon completion, once iad are paid from the legal entity, you can invoice and will be paid in approx. 8-10 days post submission of your correct invoice.

To complete the onboarding checklist with the required documentation it should cost you approximatley £1,100

General

Your SIC code must be 68310 and description : Real Estate Agencies

As you are a self-employed consultant*, you are free to chose what hours you work.

Yes we do, our CRM system is built with full letting functionality enabling all consultants* to deal with lettings immediately. In addition, we have a fully functioning team we acquired in the M&A to manage properties and we can do everything from “let only” (just finding a tenant) to “fully managed” (collecting monthly rents, overseeing and organising maintenance).

For those joining iad during the launch period (12 mths) you are immediately classed as a Bronze manager allowing you to mentor from day one.

Administration

Yes, once activated you shall receive an iad email address.

Training and Support

Yes, once activated training will become available to you via the online training university.

Your mentor is your constant source of support and the go to person.

Marketing

Yes, you will have a dedicated consultant* webpage for your business on www.iad.uk.com

No, there are no counterparts to the contract.

We can’t recommend which one you should use, but the best thing to do is to research which one will work for you and then go with that one.

A DBS check is valid for only 3 years.

This is not compulsory until you are turning over £80k per annum, however please take advice on this from your accountant.

No qualifications or licence are needed.

Fees

Yes, but the split will need to come from the commission you receive.

We do have a minimum fee scale at iad, however we encourage you take into account the cost of your time and the value/standard of your service. Charge what you are worth.
